We make almost everything from scratch—because we believe that whole foods should be as pure and authentic as possible. We prioritize clean and non-GMO ingredients: unlike many kitchens, we’ve completely eliminated processed seed oils, preservatives, refined sugars, and artificial flavorings from our recipes, opting for healthier alternatives that align with clean eating practices. Since we craft most of our menu in-house, we’re able to maintain control over quality, flavor, and nutrition.

Sustainability isn’t just a buzzword to us—it’s a core value that drives everything we do. We’re passionate about creating a positive impact on our local community and the planet through thoughtful, sustainable practices in every aspect of our café. From produce to proteins, we ensure that our ingredients are responsibly and ethically sourced, prioritizing fair trade and sustainable farming methods. We’ve transitioned to eco-friendly packaging made from biodegradable or recyclable materials, reducing throw-away plastics in our café. We’ve implemented a recycling program for our glass containers to ensure minimal food waste and reward our customers for participating, too.
